J.D. Power and Associates Reports Bright House Networks Ranks Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Residential Wireline Telephone Service Providers in the Southeast Region
Bright House Networks Results Surpass Traditional Phone Providers
ORLANDO – (July 12, 2006) – Bright House Networks ranks highest in customer satisfaction among U.S. telephone service providers in the Southeast Region, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2006 Residential All-Distance Telephone Customer Satisfaction StudySM released today. Bright House Networks provides Digital Phone service to nearly a quarter million customers throughout Florida and Alabama. According to the study, Bright House Networks customer satisfaction scores in the Southeast Region surpassed those of traditional phone service providers. The Southeast Region includes Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.

The study also showed that of the 6 regions surveyed by J.D. Power and Associates, cable operations like Bright House Networks finished on top in wireline phone customer satisfaction in 5 regions including the West, the Northeast, the Southwest, the Southeast and North Central. The 2006 Residential All-Distance Satisfaction Study is based on responses from more than 12,000 households in the nation and nearly 2,200 in the Southeast Region.
