Orlando, FL – (February 20, 2008) –Mike Robertson has been named Division President of Bright House Networks (BHN) Tampa Bay Division, one of the nation’s largest cable and telecommunications operations. Robertson has been an executive in the cable television industry for 29 years. His career commenced with positions at American Television & Communications (ATC) to Time Warner Cable, Paragon and ultimately BHN in 2003. He was most recently Senior Vice President of Operations for BHN’s Tampa Bay Division. Since that time he has rapidly ascended through roles that have included finance, management and operations. "Mike exemplifies the visionary leadership necessary in today’s highly competitive marketplace. He has a keen sense of “people management” and the superior ability to navigate in tumultuous waters. Robertson has been involved in the Tampa Bay-area community, specifically on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters and Junior Achievement. His involvement has involved the launch of the Bright Kids Network (BKN) after school program with the Big Brother and Big Sisters.
